Using The Site
When using the site, you ensure that:-

all information supplied by you on the Site is accurate, current and complete;
you are 18 years of age or older in order to access and/or use the Site; purchases for persons under 18 years old may be created by a parent or legal guardian. Persons under the age of 18 should review this Agreement with their parent or legal guardian to ensure that they and their parent or legal guardian understand you will not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Site in any medium We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these T&Cs.

The Website may contain links to third party Websites that are not affiliated with or owned, operate, or controlled by LavieFlo, including third party payment system providers. You acknowledge and agree that LavieFlo is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices or such third party websites or the companies that own them. By using the Website, you expressly relieve LavieFlo from any and all liability arising from your access and use of any third party website.

Limitation of Liability
In any event, and not withstanding anything contained herein, LavieFlo Pte. Ltd. liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever, and whatever the cause thereof, arising by reason of or in connection with the sales and purchase order (except in relation to death or personal injury caused to the customer by the wilful act or gross negligence of LavieFlo Pte. Ltd. or its employees while acting in the course of their employment). The customer shall not seek from LavieFlo Pte. Ltd. loss of profits, contracts, revenue or business; or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary and/or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the sales and purchase order.

Updates
We may change any content or material on the Site at any time. Any of the content or material on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update the Site. We shall not be liable if for any reason the Site, or any portion thereof, is unavailable at any time or for any period. We reserve the right to refuse any and all current or future access to and/or use of the Site without prior notice to you.

If we change our T&Cs for the Site, we will post the revised T&Cs here and, if appropriate, notify via email. Please check frequently to see any updates or changes to our T&Cs. Your continued use of the Site indicates your assent to the T&Cs as posted.

Customer Charter

Quality Guaranteed
At LavieFlo Pte. Ltd., if there are any damages to the merchandise due to delivery, we will replace with the same product at no charge.

Write to us at order@lavieflo.sg/newv2 within 24 hours of receipt of your product, and we will make an exchange.

We always try our best to feature the truest colour of all our products. However, different computer screen resolutions may affect the accuracy of the colours. This colour discrepancy usually occurs for pastel colours.

Delivery
Our products will be delivered within 1 – 2 working days. Please email us at order@lavieflo.sg/newv2 for International Orders.

As our delivery is via a courier, your shipping fee covers 1 successful delivery. Upon failure of delivery, our courier will send the parcel back to us. We will get in touch with you via email, and you may opt for self-collection or reschedule the delivery for $15.

Same day delivery:

Only for orders placed on weekdays before 1pm
Not applicable on public holidays and eve of public holidays
Same day and specific time delivery may be removed in the event of peak period.

Please note that there will be additional SGD$15 surcharge for the following locations:

Airport
Jurong Industrial Area / Tuas
Sentosa
Other locations that may require special clearances

With this information, we can understand you better and provide an enhanced and personalized shopping experience for you on our eStore. Personal information is kept solely for internal marketing and billing purposes only.

We use cookies to let us know you are a prior customer and to provide certain unique features. We do not use cookies to handle any financial information from you.

Removal from Mailing List
If you do not wish to receive information such as new collection, special offers etc, you may request to be removed from our mailing list. Send us a message to order@lavieflo.sg/newv2 with the word ‘unsubscribe’ using the email which you used to subscribed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations have to be made at least 2 working days in advance. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation charge is applicable.

For orders where delivery has been attempted, the full price applies.

Please email cancellation requests at order@lavieflo.sg/newv2 with your order number.

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund, in the event an order is not fulfilled.

Refunds are processed and submitted to the bank within 14 working days* of receipt of your refund request. Thereafter, the bank will process the credit to your credit card. The time frame for the credit to manifest in your credit card statement is defined by the bank.

Credit will be made via the same mode that it was submitted. For example, for payments made with credit card via our payment gateway, we will issue the refund by crediting the credit card account.

Exchange Policy

At LavieFlo Pte. Ltd., we endeavor to deliver quality products. However, should you need to make an exchange, please ensure that your items are returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date. Items with customisation such as gold plate engraving are not eligible for exchange.

Payment Policy

Our default currency for payment is Singapore Dollar (SGD).

Third-Party Fees
We offer multiple payment methods which accepts local and international credit card.

If you pay in a currency that is different from our default currency, your bank may apply a currency conversion rate or fees to your payment. Contact your financial provider for more information on respective banking charges
